Hollow Knight: Silksong *almost* gets a release date

The hype is real. After 3 years and 4 months of waiting since the first trailer, with only a few scattered teasers and two (admittedly incredible) samples from Silksong's soundtrack, we FINALLY have an official release period for the game. According to the official Xbox Twitter account, Hollow Knight: Silksong is confirmed for release within the next 12 months.

This comes after the game also received a new trailer at the Xbox Games Showcase which showed off new gameplay, bosses, charms and more. While we likely won't receive a firm release date for some time this burst of news should be more than enough to tide over fans until then.
